Our room and bathroom were very clean and confortable. We loved the breakfast, lots of variety and good quality. 30min free wireless internet in the lobby isn't great but we could live with that. Train and bus close to the hotel. We totally recommend this hotel if you don't mind being a little bit away from city centre.
The neighbourhood of the hotel isn't very good: no shopping areas, lots of dark places. No free wireless internet (just 30minutes free). Room was small. Some employees didn't speak fluent english but they were nice though. Far from city centre.

Very comfortable hotel full of attention for customer in particular on the bathroom. Very clean and nice to relax after a full day.
Not in the center.

Nice Service at Reception, really good rooms for the price
Only turn-off was the breakfast which was a nightmare. Nearly nothing left to eat, waiter's were unfriendly and slow and my juice was unenjoyable because it was fermented. (the stockout of food happened on both days)

We arrived in the evening by plane to Milan & just needed a night's stay before moving to other cities. This hotel is great for such stayover. Free carpark (we parked right in front of the hotel), restaurants in drivable distance. The room is very comfy & clean.
This hotel might not be convenient to those who are looking to explore Milan as it's at the fringe of Milan, far from city centre. Not recommended to drive into the city as well because Milan city centre has restricted zone for cars (only residents in the city & authorised vehicles are allowed in the city). if not, u risk getting caught by the cameras & a fine!

Would definitely recommend for a transient visit
Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with the added benefit of a convenient metro stop just outside for easy access to the city's attractions.
Everything was first-rate.

Clean property with excellent staff. Delicious and very very good breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Absolutely perfect and marvellous location - in front of a tube station. Walking distance to a shopping centre and a big shopping mall across the street...

Staf was very friendly and helpful and they provide good service. For example when the parking was full we could park in the garage at no addional charge.
Wifi not inclusive for E.G. a certain time during the stay. Surprising was that the the price for stamps and posting postcards variable was. The price was lowered after we made a remark about it beeing expensive.

The restaurant here was nice for lunch & dinner, we both ordered quality dishes. The location was great, staff were polite. There was Kfc nearby, offering quick meals.

Really good support from the staff, especially with travel planning.
The underground parking ramp is very steep, challenging for low-clearance vehicles.
